An amazing product that stows away easily. Heavy duty materials, yet light weight and efficient. Thoroughly impressed with what it can do, and will replace my bulky grill when camping.
If you expect customer service of any sort look elsewhere. The products are good but you will have no luck finding an answer to anything.
This Skotti Boks Big. Are an essential to my everyday lunch pack and whenever we’re BBQing. The quality is top notch and haven’t had a problem with them yet.

I ordered 2 essential bundles which I received in good condition. The grill itself I can tell was manufactured a long time ago as the bag has some wear from what looks like manufacturing oils that have seepes through the material. This doesn't bother me much as it's supposed to be the last of their supply. The grill itself and the cap are both excellent. Gets super hot, easy to use, and easy to clean up.
The reason for the 3 star review is that service seems non-existent. The essential bundle is supposed to come with the grill, cap, and propane adapter per their website. I only received the cap and grill. I've reached out via email and Instagram without any response so I still don't have the adapter. Product is great, service is not.

They canceled two items out of $480 order then sent it to me with one missing item which was $20 pizza package peace's.
I had a shipping issue and brought it to their attention. They promptly addressed the issue and fully resolved the problem they went above and beyond to make sure they made things right it doesn’t get any better than this. Their customer service outstanding along with their product..

I have to hand it to the design team, this thing is cooool! I ended up getting the complete package and I plan on using it the weekend.
I purchased The Essential Bundle along with the gas hose with burner pipe, SKOTTI CONNECT propane gas adapter, and other accessories. Upon opening the package, I was disappointed to find that both the gas hose with burner pipe and the propane gas adapter were missing. I have emailed, reached out via instagram and no luck. Only response from Skotti customer support is this Feedback automation. I wish I could say something nice but I can not at this time.
The grill itself is as advertised and function's well I was very disappointed to find out many accessories are not available in the USA like the pikes and smoker shelf for pellets.At forty percent off I would have purchased them as well.

I recently purchased a grill from this company, and while the grill itself seems to be made of great quality material, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I had to place two separate orders, and while the grill arrived without any issues, the lid and accessories were sent to the wrong address. I tried reaching out via email, Facebook, and Instagram multiple times, but received no response. Unfortunately, I still don’t have my grill lid and accessories. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
I got the all in bundle because of the pricing and a real world use with Kadenventures. Awesome product can't wait to try to pizza stone attachment

Pikes are amazing. Attention to detail at the warehouse is not amazing. I have made two orders with skotti so far and both were wrong. On the first order the wrong lid for the grill was included. On the second order 1 large bok and 1small bok were missing. It takes a very long time to receive items from you in CA. I still need the two boks and have not hear from customer service
