I ordered everything but was missing one itwm. I like it but when do we get the flip back?
I'm on a 1 year road trip and was unable to carry my "compact" bbq due to limited storage space. I saw this product in person at Overland Expo and quickly realized I'd never have to travel without a bbq again. This unit fold flat (or unfolds flat?) and therefore takes almost zero storage space (the cap too). Works great on 1lb propane tanks with an adapter; no shortage of heat! My favorite feature: it's dishwasher safe. Even the carry bag is dishwasher safe; just let it cool, pack it up and throw it all in the dishwasher at home. German ingenuity and German quality.
Thanks for saving Thanksgiving!

Like thickness & sturdiness as the regular grill, will definitely add to the grilling experience….
should have integrated this with the fuel deflector as one multifunctional piece of the grill, but this does what it is supposed to do, same great quality, have to watch heat level cause I got it red hot…
a little spendy but high quality, like the removable silicone rubber seals for cold storage. The gripper seems a little awkward if cooking with lid on it, need to see how it works more, not sure why aluminum & not dish-washer safe but overall still high quality. Don’t understand instructions not to use 2 Boks together on the Skotti grill when shown in pictures & video, need to check with them or just go ahead at my own risk, lol, but really these Boks compliment the Skotti grill perfectly…

The Skotti Boks is a sturdy box. It's not flimsy at all. The detachable handle has cleverly placed notches that allow it to hold the box well, with or without the lid on the box. When measured at the lid, the Skotti Boks Big is actually 8 3/8" long (8 3/4" if you include the latches), 6 1/4" wide, and 4 1/4" deep, not 9" x 6 1/2" x 4.7" as stated on the website. But the box does hold just about 2/3 gallon (10 2/3 cups) if filled up to the brim. The two latches hold the lid down with a lot of force. When releasing the latches to remove the lid, best to keep your fingers out of the way, to avoid a painful hit as the latches snap up. The silicone gasket around the underside of the lid can be easily pried out with a flat head screwdriver. If the gasket is removed from the lid, the latches no longer stay closed, so they become useless. But with the gasket removed, the lid can be pushed down a little onto the rim of the box, creating a good, solid friction fit. With the gasket installed, the lid just lays on top of the box, without any friction fit. I do wonder if the metal is stainless steel. It has an unusual mottled finish, almost like galvanized steel. Magnets don't stick to it, so it's not carbon steel. Time will tell if it rusts.
might be a bit spendy but high quality stainless steel, cover with removable silicone seal for storage or cooking. Not sure why the tongs is aluminum & not dishwasher safe like the Boks, but still high quality. Bought another set for food prep & cooking for 2 - 4 people. Also don’t understand instructions included that says you can’t have 2 BOKS on your Skotti Grill when videos & pictures show otherwise. Still Skotti is putting out some great high quality portable grill products…

Have not used this yet but the build quality is the same as the rest of the products.
this really should be included with the Skotti Grill instead of the other piece, but with slots to allow the flame to come thru the sides of the center ridge. Did notice using chips you need them uniformly down the full length or clumps can flare up & cause hot spots. Can’t wait to do more grilling with smoke chips, briquette w/fuel, & even seeing if lava rock with gas will make a good campfire unit in burn bans.
Converted a van about 5 years ago and always seeking the best solutions. I have gone through several grill/smoker solutions over the years. With Skotti, I feel like I've settled on the final solution! Of course I have grilled on this thing...works great. I also did a DIY pizza stone and did pizza, biscuits, and french loaf. Created DIY sheet metal to emulate Smak (smoker), and that worked great too. Note that I have the Cap which I believe is must-have. So awesome having a 3-in-one solution that folds into such a compact kit for an RV. Hope to soon be able to call this 4-in-one once the Pikes are available again. It was exactly what I expected. I just keep it in my Jeep. I have a table and chairs that I also keep in the Jeep, and when my wife and I travel, we will buy some burgers or brats and just grill at a rest area or just pull over somewhere there is shade, and fire up the grill. I though it would be too small, but it's the perfect size for what's it's intended use.
Very well thought out and efficient. Easy to assemble, break down, clean, and transport. Make sure you get the Skotti Cap because the slightest wind will increase your cooking time. Also, carry some extra isobutane cans. We use about 50 grams per cook.
I bought a Skotti at home in Europe. We have only Butan/Propane Gas cartridges here. These cartridges fit to the hose supplied by Skotti. In the US and Canada you have the green 1lb Propane Gas Cylinders by Coleman or Bernzomatic and such. For these an adapter is required. You can buy them cheaply and at high quality here:

For a real steak our Skotti does perform a bit weak on a Butane/Propane cartridge. However, during our recent trip to Canada it turned out to be a real powerhouse in combination with the green Propane Cylinders.
I pack it in my travel trailer and on my moto !
I can cook for four people no problem. I really like doing kabobs on it.
If you really want to grill and keep the heat in, you gotta have the CAP! Just like the grill is super easy to assemble and use. The thoughtful slit in the side make it easy to prop open. Super nice! 👍
Been looking for a small grill to go camping with and store in my Jeep without taking up too much space. Fits perfect and well made...couldn't have asked for anything better
I did a ton of research before ordering. I found the whole online purchase experience very confusing. The sale price was so difficult to actually redeem it took many online texts to get it sorted. THEN I selected the 3-4 day shipping option. Only to have it take over a week (10 days) to arrive. So I never even got to use it on the trip that I justified the original for!!! So we got off to a bad start. I am hoping the use of the grill is far better.
This thing is awesome! I like to grill and camp! And this checks all the boxes for My overland adventures!
Great heat transfer, the hood top is a plus to maintain heat making it more efficient. Recommend putting together several times to be acquainted how it works. Well made!
If you’re camping, this is the setup. Simple and effective.
Used this while camping can't say enough good thing about these.
