If you haven't tried stuffed sausages yet, you have to! We love making stuffed sausages when we are on spontaneous trips with no time for preparation. You have to try on your next adventure!
What you need:
- 4 thick sausages
- 1 small carrot
- 4 dates
- 6 soft dried tomatoes
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Here's how:

Peel and finely cut the carrot into strips. Pit and cut the dates into eight pieces. Also, cut the dried tomatoes into fine strips. Chop the thyme leaves and rosemary needles. Now, mix the carrot, dates, tomatoes, chopped herbs, honey, and oil in a bowl.

Make a long cut in each sausage and slightly spread them open. Stuff each with 1/4 of the mixture and secure with toothpicks. Brown them on all sides on the grill. We recommend serving them with a delicious green salad and fresh baguette.
