SKOTTI Sunrise Pancakes with Berries & Whipped Cream

You Need:

  • For the Pancakes:
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1 large egg
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
    • Cooking spray or additional butter for greasing the griddle
  • For the Topping:
    • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
    • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

Pancakes:

  • Prepare the Batter:
        • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
        • Whisk milk, egg, and oil/melted butter.
        • Combine wet and dry ingredients (slightly lumpy batter).
  • Transport the Batter:
        • Pour batter into SKOTTI BOKS for easy transport.
  • Cook the Pancakes:
      • Set up SKOTTI grill, place SKOTTI CAST griddle over medium heat.
      • Ensure griddle doesn't get too hot.
      • Grease griddle with cooking spray or butter.
      • Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
      • Cook until bubbles form and edges set (2-3 minutes).
      • Flip and cook until golden brown (1-2 minutes).
      • Keep pancakes warm.

    Serve:

  • Top the Pancakes:
      • Stack pancakes on a plate.
      • Dollop whipped cream on top.
      • Add mixed berries.
