You need:
- 1 light roll from the day before
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 egg
- 18 oz mixed minced meat
- olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- pepper and salt
- 2 zucchinis
- fresh rosemary
Here's how it works:
- soak the bread rolls in lukewarm water
- finely chop the garlic and shallot and fry in olive oil until translucent. Once cooled, mix with the mince, egg, mustard, the well-squeezed and crushed bread roll, salt and pepper and a few sprigs of chopped rosemary
- form small meatballs.
- halve the zucchinis and cut into slices 1-2 cm wide
- alternately thread the zucchini slices and meatballs onto the skewers
- grill for approx. 8 minutes, turning occasionally
