Skewers with meatballs and zucchinis

You need:

  • 1 light roll from the day before
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 egg
  • 18 oz mixed minced meat
  • olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • pepper and salt
  • 2 zucchinis
  • fresh rosemary

Here's how it works:

  1. soak the bread rolls in lukewarm water
  2. finely chop the garlic and shallot and fry in olive oil until translucent. Once cooled, mix with the mince, egg, mustard, the well-squeezed and crushed bread roll, salt and pepper and a few sprigs of chopped rosemary
  3. form small meatballs.
  4. halve the zucchinis and cut into slices 1-2 cm wide
  5. alternately thread the zucchini slices and meatballs onto the skewers
  6. grill for approx. 8 minutes, turning occasionally
